Returns & Exchanges

At Beco, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Beco account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn garments back in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from your email, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is confirmed.
